Shake the bottle to gently mix the two phases of the make-up remover. Apply a cotton pad soaked with the Velvety Eye Make-up Remover lotion on eyelids for 2 to 3 seconds, then gently wipe from the inner eyelids to the eyelash tips, without rubbing, to remove impurities.
